1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using BUDGETII, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
BUDGETII helps users track expenses, budgets, savings goals, bills, and shared travel costs. The app is a personal finance organization tool. It is not a bank, financial institution, accountant, tax advisor, investment advisor, or legal advisor.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the choices you make based on that information, and keeping your account and device secure. You should review important financial decisions with a qualified professional when needed.
4. Subscription
BUDGETII offers an auto-renewable yearly subscription called BUDGETII Pro through the Apple App Store and Google Play where available. BUDGETII Pro unlocks additional app features and may change over time as the app improves.
5. Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, depending on where you subscribe. If BUDGETII becomes available through other stores or payment providers, payment will be handled by the applicable store or provider.
6. Auto-Renewal
Apple subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Google Play subscriptions renew at the beginning of each billing cycle according to the subscription terms unless you unsubscribe.
7. Managing Subscription
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings or in Google Play subscriptions, depending on where you subscribed. Deleting or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
8. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
9. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple according to Apple policies. Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google according to Google Play refund policies. We do not control Apple or Google refund decisions.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse BUDGETII, including by:
- Trying to access accounts, data, or systems without permission
- Disrupting, damaging, reverse engineering, or interfering with the app or service
- Using the app for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Sharing invite codes or travel group access in a way that violates another person's privacy
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. You can read it at privacy-policy.html.
12. Availability And Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of BUDGETII at any time. We will try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUDGETII is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for financial decisions made using the app.
