BUDGETII is a personal finance app that helps users track expenses, categories, savings goals, budgets, bills, and shared travel costs.
2. Data We Collect
We process data you enter in the app, such as:
- Expense records and budget entries
- Categories, notes, and recurring bill information
- Savings goals and progress information
- Travel group information and invite-code activity when you use travel features
- Basic account information if you sign in
- Subscription status needed to provide BUDGETII Pro features
- Basic device, app version, and diagnostic information used to improve reliability and fix issues
3. How We Use Data
We use data to:
- Provide app features and keep your budget information available to you
- Sync and store your data when cloud or account features are enabled
- Support travel groups, savings goals, bills, and expense tracking
- Confirm subscription access and provide Pro features
- Improve app reliability, troubleshoot bugs, and protect the service
- Respond to support, privacy, or account requests
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may use trusted infrastructure, hosting, database, analytics, crash-reporting, payment, Apple App Store, and Google Play providers to operate BUDGETII. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the app, users, or our rights.
5. Data Retention
We keep data only as needed to provide the service, support user requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. You may contact us to request help with account or data deletion.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep personal finance information protected and handled with care.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You can request support or data/privacy help by contacting us.
8. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Budgetii account and associated app data from inside the app by opening Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. You can also request help with account deletion by emailing budgetii@budgetii.app from the email address connected to your Budgetii account.
When an account deletion request is completed, Budgetii deletes or disconnects account-linked budgeting data such as expenses, savings records, app settings, and synced account data. Some records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or payment platform obligations.
9. Children
BUDGETII is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date or provide notice as appropriate.
